Hello! My name is Kyle Benedict and I am a Senior Loan Officer and Team Lead of Team Benedict. I have lived in Indiana for most of my life. After graduating from Ball State University – Miller College of Business in 2008, I married my wife, Ashley, had our son Ty, and settled in Westfield along with our cat, Biggs, and dog, Benny.
I started in the industry in early 2013 and quickly gained a passion for helping individuals and families with their purchase or refinance goals. I will go above and beyond for borrowers, walking them through every step of the home purchasing process & answering any questions that they have so they feel comfortable with the whole process from beginning to end.
I truly love what I do and have a forever home as a Loan Originator with Flat Branch Mortgage.

Hello! My name is Ashley, and I am the LO assistant on Team Benedict. I joined the mortgage industry in July 2018, and have been part of Team Benedict since February 2020. My focus on the team is assisting Kyle with pre-approvals, issuing disclosures once a borrower is under contract, and helping gather underwriting conditions. I am married to my husband, TJ. We have two daughters, Saylor and Riley, and two dogs, Buster and Denver. We currently live on the southside of Indy. In our free time, we enjoy spending time together as a family – whether that be playing out in the backyard, going to my husband’s softball games, or watching every Disney movie our girl’s request.
