Hoosier Homes Program
At Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, we have the Hoosier Homes Program available to qualified borrowers. This program can be combined with a 2nd Lien DPA program that provides down payment assistance* of up to 5% of the first Lien amount. An additional 1% is available for targeted borrowers, including income qualified borrower, first responders, K-12 teachers (full time), and U.S. military personal or veterans.
Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority First Place Program
Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation is proud to offer the First Place Program, which is a first-time homebuyer program that provides down payment assistance using Conventional or FHA financing. This program helps serves the need of more first-time homebuyers by helping them achieve the dream of homeownership by providing up to 6% in down payment assistance.
